Verification: Upon approval, we’ll request proof of identity before proceeding with the preparation of your taxes.

IDENTIFICATION Before each signing all signers must be identified. All identification cards must be ORIGINAL, current or issued within the last 5 years, contain a photo, physical description, signature, and serial number. Identification procedures are mandated by the Florida Secretary of State.

The Following Forms of Identification are Acceptable:

State-issued driver’s license

State-issued identification card

U.S. military identification card

Resident alien identification card (green card)

U.S. passport

Inmate ID issued on or after 1/1/91 by Florida Department of Corrections (DOC)for an inmate who is currently in custody.

Mobile Notary Fees

MOBILE NOTARY FEES

GENERAL NOTARY

We offer a standard fee of $10.00 for each general notarial act. Additionally, a mobile service fee of $40.00 per half-hour of travel time will be applied for appointments within Central Florida. An extra charge of $10.00 will be incurred for each additional document beyond the initial service.

COURT WITNESS AND SWEARING OATH NOTARY SERVICES

To set up an appointment, a non-refundable deposit fee of $80.00 is required to secure the date and time of the hearing. The total cost for court witness and swearing oath services is $135.00, which includes a $95.00 fee for the oath and mobile services, along with a $40.00 surcharge. Additionally, there is a $25.00 fee surcharge for every 15 minutes of on-site waiting to be heard and to administer the oath to the respondent, or until the notary is released by the Court agent.

OTHER NOTARY SERVICES

We offer the following notary services, each subject to a travel fee of $80.00 and a charge of $10.00 per notarial act:

1. Client Cooperation and Document Retention

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by our Tax Consultant to collect all necessary details for preparing your tax return. You agree to provide all required information to ensure the preparation of a complete and accurate return. It is your responsibility to retain all documents, canceled checks, receipts, and other data that substantiate income and deductions for a period of three years from the due date of the tax return. These documents may be necessary to support items in your tax return in the event of an inquiry by a taxing authority.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information for your tax return and any other services you request from us. You understand that, regardless of your location, your return will be prepared virtually in the State of Florida, and we may not have a local office in your area.

3. Refund Policy

There are no refunds for tax returns, mobile notary services, loan signing services, remote bookkeeping services rendered, or any deposits.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and financial information. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Florida.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
